(This privacy policy became effective on September 20, 2018)
Alia is a benefits program that enables independent housekeepers and other domestic workers (“Cleaners”) to receive access to work-related benefits from their customers (“Clients”) that are typically unaffordable especially for independent contractors. By participating in Alia, Cleaners will build deeper relationships with their Clients and earn more sustainable livelihoods. Alia benefits come in the form of Alia Benefits Credits (“Credits”) for providing services to Clients. Clients award Cleaners with Credits by purchasing them in the name of individual Cleaners. Cleaners can use Credits to purchase certain products and services from the Alia store (“Store”).
This privacy policy applies to both Cleaners and Clients, and is part of our Terms of Use.
